Michael Collier is one of the nation’s leading authorities on individual and corporate sales performance. He has helped thousands of salespeople to achieve the highest level of success, significantly increase their income and sell with ease. Based on his passion for individual sales improvement, Michael developed the highly acclaimed One Percent Selling Program to help salespeople reach new levels of performance to achieve both their personal and professional goals and transform the way they sell.

He began his career as a rookie sales rep at a Fortune 10 company and quickly realized that the traditional sales model that companies use to manage their salespeople wasn't working.  He couldn't understand why companies would allow the majority of their salespeople to consistently miss quota and underachieve, while only a few had sustained success and earned the majority of income. 

After intense analysis and research of the traits and behaviors of the Ultra-High Performers, the top five percent of all salespeople, Michael radically changed his sales approach and stopped following the traditional sales methodology and process model companies teach their salespeople. He soon became one of the best performers in the company and consistently ranked in the top 2%. He later went on to lead successful sales teams in multiple markets, coaching and mentoring reps to new levels of performance and creating sales organizations where the majority of reps were above plan. His approach to turning around companies by unleashing the inherent skills and talents within sales organizations helped him to raise over $850 million in investment capital for companies in which he was associated.

Michael now devotes all his time and efforts training, coaching, and mentoring salespeople. He developed the highly acclaimed One Percent Selling Program to help salespeople reach new levels of performance and to achieve both their personal and professional goals.
